Choose the level of service that best matches your schedule and home‑setup needs. In‑stock items depart our New Jersey warehouse within 3–5 business days.

- Delivered to the first ground‑level entrance (garage, porch, or lobby).
- Driver does not carry items inside or upstairs.
- No unpacking or debris removal.

- Team carries your pieces to the room you select (up to two flights of stairs).
- Packaging is left with you for easier returns.
- No assembly included.

3 · Room‑of‑Choice + Debris Removal — Starting at $95
- All services in option 2, plus cartons and plastic are hauled away.
- No assembly included.

4 · White‑Glove (Setup & Assembly) — Starting at $149
- Items are carried inside, fully unboxed, and assembled where you want them.
- Team removes all packaging when finished.
- Please measure doorways, halls, and elevators beforehand to guarantee fit.
Estimated Transit Times
Once your order ships, typical travel time is 2–7 business days depending on how far you are from our NJ hub:
- Northeast & Mid‑Atlantic: 2–3 days
- Midwest & Southeast: 3–5 days
- Mountain & West Coast: 5–7 days
Scheduling Your Delivery
A local carrier will phone, text, or email within 24 hours of pickup to arrange a delivery window (Mon–Fri · 9 AM–5 PM). Saturday appointments are limited and may include an extra fee.
Shipping Beyond Our Standard Service Area
Remote, island, or hard‑to‑reach zip codes may lie outside our usual coverage. Please contact us for a custom freight quote before ordering.
International Shipments
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. For Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas destinations, email support@relso.today and we’ll recommend a trusted freight forwarder.
Our Promise To You
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece and the professionalism of every carrier we partner with. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once merchandise departs our facility, a return shipment and 15 % restocking charge apply. Custom pieces cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Returns
If an item isn’t the right fit, request a return within 30 days of delivery. A prepaid label will be issued and return freight deducted from your refund. Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are handled case‑by‑case.
- Products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original cartons.
- All hardware, instructions, and accessories must accompany the return.
- Packages showing writing, shipping tape, or labels other than the original may be refused.
- Email support@relso.today within 30 days of receipt.
- Attach photos showing the item and its packaging condition.
- We’ll reply with a prepaid label and next steps. Upgraded return services are billed at cost.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Reporting Damages
Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. Email clear photos, your order number, and a brief description to claims@relso.today. We’ll open a carrier claim and arrange replacement parts or pieces ASAP.
